We are excited to partner with Unblended on this new offering that comes from La Ventolera farm in Antioquia, Colombia. The team at Unblended has such a strong vision for future farmers, and their mentor/mentee program is going to pave the way. Producer Felipe Trujillo is a mentor in the program and brings young farmers to La Ventolera to learn about the art and science of coffee processing. This lot of Felipe's highlights the acidity and sweetness you find in honey process coffees and really showed the tart sweetness you get when biting into a ripe raspberry, along side a mellow body.
