How fast will my coffee ship, and how fresh is it?

We ship within 1–2 business days of your order, and we never ship coffee that's more than 7 days out from its roast date. That means what lands on your doorstep was roasted just days before it arrives.

How long does delivery take?

Once it ships, expect delivery in 2–3 business days via UPS Ground Saver — so about 3–5 days total from order to doorstep.

Do you offer coffee subscriptions?

Yes! Choose delivery every 1, 2, or 4 weeks, and pick from Upside (our top-selling blend) or Roaster's Choice (a rotating coffee each week). You can skip, pause, or adjust your order anytime from your subscriber portal. Browse subscriptions

Do you offer wholesale accounts?

Yes — if you're purchasing 15lb or more per month, you can apply for wholesale access through a quick form. Once approved, you'll get access to our wholesale portal for ordering. Apply for wholesale

Is your coffee organic or fair trade?

Some of it is, but most isn't — and that's intentional. Certification can be expensive for small producers, so instead of requiring it, we build direct relationships with importers and producers we trust who use eco-conscious farming practices.

Where does your coffee come from?

We partner directly with importers who have real relationships with coffee producers and cooperatives around the world. Our featured single-origin coffees rotate every few months, while our core coffees are available year-round. When a blend's origin coffees shift, we re-roast to match the same flavor profile, so what you love about it stays consistent.

What makes Opo different from other roasters?

We're a working roastery, not just a café — every bag is roasted in-house, and we ship it fresh within a week of roasting. We're built around a mission: using specialty coffee to make a positive impact on people's lives, guided by our values of Respect, Positivity, and Honor.

Are you certified or accountable to anything beyond your word?

Yes, two certifications back this up: 1% for the Planet (we give 1% of top-line revenue to environmental causes) and Living Wage for US (certified as a Living Wage Employer based on Atlanta's actual cost of living).

Can I return coffee if I don't like it?

Because of food safety standards, coffee itself is non-returnable. Merchandise follows our standard return policy.

Do you ship outside the US?

Currently we only ship within the US.
