Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Thursday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another with tracking info once it ships.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We ship the vast majority of orders via UPS Ground Saver. Once your order leaves our roastery, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

Please note: total delivery time = processing time (1–2 days) + shipping time (2–3 days), so most orders arrive within 3–5 business days of being placed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Orders over $40 ship free.

Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only. We're not able to ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at shop@opocoffee.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date, and we'll help sort it out with a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to update your shipping address or cancel an order? Reach out to us at shop@opocoffee.com as soon as possible — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.
