The Pacas family has been producing coffee for more than a century, with deep roots in the Santa Ana region. Maria Pacas' great-grandfather played a key role in identifying and spreading the Pacas variety, a natural mutation of Bourbon, eventually having the variety named after the family.

Their coffees are consistently recognized for clarity, sweetness, and structure, reinforcing the family’s reputation for excellence. The Pacas family and their farms are known for meticulous agronomy, careful processing and a fierce commitment to quality.
