Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Thursday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another with tracking info once it ships.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We ship the vast majority of orders via UPS Ground Saver. Once your order leaves our roastery, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs for orders under $40 are $5 and orders over $40 ship FREE.

Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only. We're not able to ship internationally at this time.

Returns

Coffee purchases are final, we do not accept returns. If there is an order error or your package arrives damaged, please reach out to shop@opocoffee.com for assistance.
