Rather than sell the family farm he inherited, José embraced its legacy and opportunity. Combining his degree in Agro-ecological Production with advanced training in fermentation and specialty coffee, José is reimagining what's possible for young coffee producers.
This offering is from Jose's 2025 harvest and has notes of cherry cordial & raspberry with a coating mouthfeel. It's coffee born from countless trials. Grown at his farm, La Florida, José fermented the cherries for 96 hours in sealed, horizontal tanks to achieve exceptional consistency and depth of flavor. The result is a cup that speaks of innovation & heritage.
