Tasting Notes: Juicy with tropical fruit acidity, cantaloupe sweetness and a crisp finish

This coffee comes from Tamiru Shonto's farm in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia and this is the first crop he has exported! Tamiru is working to increase production and try out different processing and we hope that alongside our importing partners at Cafe Kreyol he will find a sustainable source of income for his family, as seen in the second photo!
