Tasting Notes: Subtle lime acidity with graham cracker crust sweetness and a creamy mouthfeel.

Aquiares means "land between rivers" in the Huetar indigenous language. The estate is the largest farm in Costa Rica and is situated on the slopes of the Turrialba volcano, a verdant area of forests, rivers, and bright flowers. 

Aquiares Estate is managed by Diego Robelo, taking over for his father Alfonso. Diego has actively explored the farm's potential via processing methods, new varieties & farm management practices. Additionally, the farm is focused on carbon neutrality and protecting its biological corridors. They have really become a leader in the Costa Rican specialty coffee world and this coffee shows the payoff.  

This coffee is giving key lime pie vibes and will easily become a daily drinker for fans of a balanced, clean cup!

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Thursday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another with tracking info once it ships.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We ship the vast majority of orders via UPS Ground Saver. Once your order leaves our roastery, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs for orders under $40 are $5 and orders over $40 ship FREE.

Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only. We're not able to ship internationally at this time.
